The Speak Up English language school was founded in 1992, as the fourth of its kind in Novi Sad.

Even then we knew how much it matters to start English early, and we argued that it should be taught in primary school from the first grade. It took a full fifteen years for that to happen.

We taught in small groups and that became the mark of our school. In 1995 we introduced our well-known conversation classes — it turned out that following a syllabus was not enough; children had to speak.

Over all these years we have earned a great deal of trust and experience in working with every age, and we are very proud of it.

We want to thank everyone who has trusted our school since 1992. It has been exciting, fun and inspiring, with many happy memories.

With respect, your Speak Up
